Job summary

M-B Companies, an Aebi Schmidt brand located in Chilton, Wisconsin, seeks a Value Stream Manager to lead the fabrication cell responsible for assembly of M-B vehicles and sub‑components. You will oversee inventory, tool availability, and first‑line supervision to ensure TAKT targets are met and continuous improvement is driven across lines.

You will partner with engineering and quality to resolve defects, manage training, and optimize material flow while maintaining safety and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Lean Manufacturing environment and TAKT times.
• Ability to be on call for 2nd and 3rd shift.
• Proficiency with ERP/Windchill/Epicor.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure engineering print requirements are met and resolve non-conforming parts with engineering.
• Maintain minimal inventories to support daily needs and ensure parts are on hand.
