Job summary

NN, Inc - USA is seeking a Value Stream Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a designated production area, ensuring schedules are met and customer requirements are achieved. The role emphasizes labor scheduling, workflow coordination, and hands-on team leadership to bridge strategy and shop floor realities.

You will drive efficiency, perform performance reviews, support continuous improvement, and ensure safety, quality, and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of manufacturing or production supervision.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote and enforce safety standards in line with OSHA and company policies.
• Develop and maintain daily and weekly production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Balance labor resources across shifts and workstations to optimize productivity.
• Provide supervision and coaching to production team members.
• Conduct performance evaluations in partnership with the Value Stream Manager.
• Collaborate with maintenance on predictive and preventive maintenance schedules.
