Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to partner with the Value Stream Manager in driving continuous improvement across a small value stream from procurement to delivery.

You will lead a multi-skilled team, ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, coach associates, and implement lean practices while supporting production schedules and problem resolution to meet targets and customer commitments.

Formación

• 3 - 5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing/warehouse operation.
• Demonstrated ability to work with and motivate people.
• Demonstrated experience implementing continuous improvements.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing operation with demonstrated ability to acquire and apply manufacturing principles a plus.
• Continuing education in Management, Human Resources, Accounting, Manufacturing, Leadership, and Coaching.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Lean certification

Responsabilidades

• Coach, train, and develop a team of flexible, multi-skilled associates in accordance with Andersen Corporation's values and direction; maintain a respectful work environment.
• Review production schedules to identify and resolve problems.
• Ensure desired product quality levels through standard work, training, and inspection techniques; review production schedules for issues.
• Support and implement lean processes; train to improve standard work, 5S, and housekeeping; provide change leadership.
• Foster continuous improvement by encouraging associates to challenge processes and implement solutions.
• Help associates understand policies; identify process problems and support corrective actions; maintain time and production records.
• Communicate daily about team performance, strategic initiatives, safety, quality; coordinate with other supervisors and personnel regarding equipment, schedules, and policies.
