Job summary

Crane Payment Innovations (CPI) is seeking a Value Stream Supervisor to oversee daily operations on the production floor. You will lead a team of operators, implement lean manufacturing practices, coach staff, and drive performance improvements across safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

Responsibilities include coordinating labor, materials and equipment, analyzing KPIs, and resolving bottlenecks with cross-functional teams to maximize productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business, Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of Operations or Supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts and continuous improvement.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations within the value stream to meet safety, quality, delivery and cost goals.
• Lead, coach and evaluate a team of operators and support staff.
• Implement lean principles (5S, value stream mapping) to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Identify bottlenecks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Track KPIs, analyze data and drive productivity improvements.
