Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5 years progressive operations or lean management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Value Stream in daily operations and continuous improvement activities.
• Drive safe work environments, quality improvements, and cost reductions.
• Develop and coach the team to align with company strategy.
• Manage performance, succession planning, and development.
• Launch new product introductions (NPIs) within Operations.
