VERSANT Media in New York seeks a strategic, analytical leader to serve as Sr. Manager, Value Realization within the Enterprise Transformation Office.

This role shapes how transformation value is defined, measured, and managed, translating activity into credible value cases and measurable results. The ideal candidate blends financial acumen, strategic thinking, and cross-functional execution to move beyond opportunity identification toward disciplined value realization across enterprise

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in value realization, FP&A, or transformation finance.
• Experience building business cases and executive reporting.
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives at the enterprise level.

Responsabilités

• Define and evolve value realization approaches across enterprise initiatives.
• Develop frameworks for value identification, sizing, governance, and tracking.
• Support business cases, assumptions, and benefits models for priority initiatives.
• Create standards for directional, committed, realized, and reinvested value.
• Partner with Finance and business leaders to validate outcomes and value capture.
• Monitor value progress and communicate insights to leadership.
