Job summary

Brink's Incorporated. is seeking a Manager, Value Realization to join the Value Realization Office, supporting Global Transformation and the Integration program with NCR Atleos.

The role partners with functional teams to quantify and realize measurable value. You will review business cases, track benefits, and ensure accurate attribution in the general ledger, while guiding stakeholders across a complex, matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 6-9+ years in FP&A, transformation finance, or finance business partnering.
• Strong financial acumen linking decisions to P&L impact.
• Ability to influence across a matrixed org without direct authority.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• MBA or CPA/CMA/PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and maintain business cases for the Global Functions across Transformation and IMO.
• Translate operational changes into value, timing, and risk.
• Track execution vs baseline; surface variance and action plans.
• Ensure savings are attributed correctly and do not leak.
• Create synergy, cost savings, revenue, and working capital models.
• Lead value realization across Transformation and IMO.
• Maintain data in value-capture platforms (myIMO; Shibumi).
• Produce weekly/monthly reporting for leadership.
