Job summary

Abridge is seeking a Director, Value Attainment & Analysis to lead healthcare economics and ROI strategy within Revenue Operations. You will own ROI frameworks, craft business cases, and partner with sales to demonstrate measurable value for healthcare providers.

You will collaborate with analytics, data science, and product teams to deliver scalable ROI reporting and educate the commercial organization on economics principles.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in healthcare economics and financial modeling.
• Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for executives.
• Experience with different payment models and payer types in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable ROI frameworks that illustrate value across settings and products.
• Own ROI artifacts like ROI Calculator and business cases for customers.
• Collaborate with sales, partner success, and solutions to tailor ROI analyses.
• Partner with sales to deliver business cases and drive revenue growth with key accounts.
• Engage senior healthcare executives (CFOs, CIOs, CMIOs) to communicate value.
• Work with analytics, data science and product teams to enable ROI reporting.
• Educate the commercial organization on healthcare economics principles.
