Qualifications

• BS in Manufacturing/Industrial/Mechanical Eng or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in manufacturing engineering; 5+ preferred.
• Experience leading manufacturing improvements from design through implementation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize cost-reduction opportunities across design and processes.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement improvements while maintaining safety and quality.
• Use Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, PDCA) and time studies to optimize production.
• Ensure ISO documents are updated and projects are completed on time.
