Komatsu Mining Corp. is seeking an engineering professional to own production routes, develop tooling solutions, and drive continuous improvement on the shop floor. The role emphasizes DFMA, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities include updating SAP routers, supporting engineering changes, and delivering value through tooling enhancements and standard work documentation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is highly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with people on a manufacturing floor and coordinate with multiple departments.

Responsabilidades

• Daily shop engagement to observe production areas and assist with operational challenges.
• Create or update SAP routers for production work with defined centers, sequences, and standards.
• Support engineering change control to ensure accurate data delivery and timely responses.
• Develop tooling solutions and DFMA opportunities to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
