Job summary

Responsibilities

Perform detailed cost estimating, budgeting, and cost planning across project phases.
Prepare and issue periodic cost reports for client review.
Review cash flow and communicate cost risks and opportunities.
Assist in change management, including evaluation and approval of change orders.
Validate invoices and support procurement activities, including RFPs and bid evaluations.
Attend bi-weekly cost meetings with contractors and engineering teams.
Support value engineering to optimize cost efficiency while maintaining scope.
Ensure compliance with contractual requirements through closeout documentation.
