Qualifications

• 4-year college degree in Construction Management, Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Cost Estimating or equivalent.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in construction cost estimating across building types and project stages.
• AACE International and/or Certified Cost Professional preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the delivery of cost management and quantity surveying services across all project phases.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, cost plans, estimates, cash-flow forecasts, and bid documentation.
• Provide strategic cost advice, value engineering, and financial analysis to optimize project value.
• Manage procurement and bidding activities, including bid package prep, prequalification, evaluations, negotiations, and awards.
