• Strong understanding of cost control, reporting, and value engineering.

Responsabilités

• Lead cost management and quantity surveying across all project phases.
• Develop and maintain cost estimates, budgets, and cost plans; manage bid documentation.
• Perform value engineering and cost analysis to support efficient delivery and budgets.
• Provide cost advice during design and procurement; review change orders and contract costs.
• Prepare cost reports and forecast cash flow; communicate with clients and project teams.
