Job summary

Qualifications

• Four years of relevant experience in construction or quantity surveying.
• Highly articulate with analytical problem-solving and strong decision-making abilities.
• People management experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and issues periodic cost reports to senior technical staff.
• Reviews cash flow and change orders per client approval process.
• Provides procurement services including preparing RFPs and bid analysis.
• Overviews contractor buyout of subcontract bid packages.
• Attends bi-weekly cost meetings with contractors and engineering teams.
• Performs earned value analysis on a periodic basis.
• Ensures contractors meet contractual requirements.
