• Perform detailed cost estimating, budgeting, and cost planning across all project phases.
• Prepare and issue cost reports to senior staff and client.
• Review cash flow and communicate updates to team.
• Identify cost risks and opportunities and suggest value-enhancing strategies.
• Assist with change management processes, including evaluation and approval of change orders.
• Manage and validate contractor/vendor invoices and procurement activities.
