• Sales Support: Organize and maintain sales inventory lists and assist with product listings and pricing.
• Procurement Support: Review incoming device purchase opportunities and track vendor communications.
• RFP & Proposal Support: Assist with RFP responses and organize documentation and deadlines.
• Operational Coordination: Maintain product databases and pricing sheets and coordinate between teams.
• Administrative Functions: Update CRM/ERP systems and organize deal documentation.
