Job summary

ComputerCare is looking for an IT Asset Management Coordinator based in Newark, California. The successful candidate will manage the full lifecycle of client devices, including diagnostics, repairs, and logistics coordination. You'll be responsible for accurately maintaining data records and supporting both the IT Logistics and Repairs processes.

This role requires you to have hands-on experience with electronic repairs and relevant certifications, including Comp TIA A+. Strong communication skills and a commitment to teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience performing laptop, desktop, tablet, and/or iPhone repairs.
• Certifications in relevant technical areas.
• Comfortable with communication and maintaining punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

• Perform admin duties for device life cycle process including checking in devices.
• Diagnose customer devices to identify problems.
• Manage logistics including pickup, delivery and shipping of devices.
• Maintain accurate records of device life cycles in asset management systems.
• Engage with vendors and clients positively, adhering to company values.
