Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform final quality inspections on laptops, desktops, tablets, monitors, and other technology.
• Verify cosmetic grades and ensure products match listing descriptions.
• Clean and prepare devices for resale using company standards.
• Remove stickers, residue, dust, and debris.
• Verify accessories and components are included when required.
• Package products using approved packing materials and shipping procedures.
• Ensure devices are protected against shipping damage.
• Prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Maintain organized inventory and workstations.
• Identify damaged or incorrect items and elevate issues when necessary.
• Assist with inventory movement and warehouse organization.
• Follow company procedures for quality assurance and documentation.
