The role emphasizes quality time with patients, a collaborative environment, and a clear partnership track, with an emphasis on Spanish-speaking patients where possible.

The position offers a competitive base salary starting at $250,000 with incentive bonuses and a signing bonus up

Qualifications

• Residency training in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
• Board certification or eligibility in FM, IM, or geriatrics.
• Spanish language proficiency is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to a senior panel with multiple chronic diseases.
• Deliver care in a 100% outpatient setting.
• See 18–20 patients per day with thorough, patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with a dedicated support team (MA, Scheduler, Referral Specialist).
• Engage in value-based care initiatives to improve quality and reduce costs.
• Maintain accurate patient records per regulatory standards.
