The Primary Care Physician (PCP) role in Miami, FL is structured to support value-based care and create a collaborative, supportive clinical environment. The work schedule is designed for work-life balance, with clinic hours from Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and the last patient scheduled at 4:15 PM.
