Qualifications

• MD or DO degree and residency in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics.
• Board certification or eligibility in IM/FM/Geriatrics is required.
• Commitment to value-based primary care delivery.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to a senior panel (up to 450 patients).
• See 18–22 patients per day in a fully outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with a care team (MA, scheduler, referral specialist).
• Engage in value-based care initiatives to improve outcomes.
• Coordinate with in-house specialists (cardiology, podiatry).
• Use administrative time for follow-up and charting.
• Participate in clinic holistic health services (acupuncture, Tai Chi, yoga, nutrition).
• Uphold mission of affordable, high-quality senior care.
