Job summary

Health Med MD is seeking a bilingual Spanish-speaking BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join our Miami office. The role focuses on outpatient primary care with a patient-centered, team-based approach.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm, outpatient only, with no weekends or holidays. Average patient load is 12–16 per day; compensation ranges from $240,000 to $275,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish required for patient communication.
• Board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient medicine focusing on continuity of care and disease prevention.
• Communicate Plan of Care with patients and families; work with care team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Focusing on outpatient medicine, continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention. Demonstrates both autonomy and proficiency in performance of comprehensive health assessments and communicate Plan of Care with Patients and/or their families.Proficient in diagnosing, treating and managing the Medicare Advantage population with multiple comorbiditiesEffectively communicates with all members of the care team and facilitates a medically appropriate and effective plan of care to avoid unnecessary duplication of testing, and fragmentation of care.Observes the scope of practice in the state in which he or she is licensed and working in.

They Offer:

A Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm schedule, Outpatient only. No weekends, No Holidays.

An average of 12-16 pts per day.
