Job summary

The position offers a balanced workload with no hospital call or overnight shifts, plus opportunities for partnership within the first 12–18 months for qualified candidates. Compensation includes a base salary with incentives and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Residency in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality primary care to seniors, including those with 3–5 chronic conditions.
• Manage a patient panel of up to 450 patients.
• Conduct patient visits, assessments, and follow-ups (18–22 patients per day).
• Coordinate care with in-house specialists such as cardiology and podiatry.
• Utilize value-based care models to achieve superior patient outcomes.
• Engage in holistic health offerings like acupuncture, tai chi, yoga, and nutrition counseling.
• Ensure accurate documentation and administrative tasks are integrated into the clinical schedule.
• Maintain a strong focus on preventative health and chronic disease management.
