Job summary

gobravvo is seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) in York, PA to join a value-based, patient-centered care network. You’ll work within an interdisciplinary team, with extended appointment times and access to on-site labs and EMR tools to support high-quality care.

The role emphasizes preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and community engagement, with a path toward partnership and competitive benefits in a full-time capacity.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted state medical license.
• Fellowship in Geriatrics preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care for adult and geriatric patients.
• Conduct regular and diagnostic visits with appropriate appointment times.
• Collaborate with scribes, medical assistants, and social workers to coordinate care.
• Document encounters using EMR systems such as Canopy and Greenway.
• Participate in value-based care initiatives focused on preventive medicine.
• Engage patients in health education and community wellness programs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
