Job summary

gobravvo is seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join a value-based network of neighborhood clinics in Virginia. You will provide comprehensive adult primary care, preventive services, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered outcomes.

With onsite labs and access to specialty consultations, expect 13–16 patient visits per day in a supportive, collaborative setting. Opportunities for partnership and professional growth are available.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted medical license.
• Fellowship in Geriatrics preferred but not required.
• Residency completed; no residents accepted for this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to adults with a focus on preventive health and chronic disease management.
• Conduct regular patient visits with meaningful time for assessment (13–16 per day).
• Collaborate with scribes, medical assistants, and social workers to deliver coordinated care.
• Utilize onsite labs and access to specialty consultations via digital platforms.
• Engage in value-based care initiatives to improve outcomes and reduce hospitalizations.
• Document care using EMR systems (Canopy and Greenway) and ensure regulatory compliance.
