Job summary

gobravvo in Durham, NC seeks a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to deliver value-based, patient-centered care for Medicare populations. You will join a large care team, supported by scribes, MAs, and social workers, with access to on-site labs and modern EMR tools.

You will focus on preventive medicine, participate in performance incentives, and contribute to community health initiatives within a collaborative practice environment.

Qualifications

• MD/DO required; board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active North Carolina medical license; candidates must be fully licensed.
• Fellowship in geriatrics preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct medical assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for patients.
• Manage panel of ~13–16 patients per day with mixed visit types.
• Coordinate care with scribes, medical assistants and social workers.
• Document care in Canopy and Greenway EMR systems.
• Utilize on-site labs and RubiconMD access to enhance care.
• Promote preventive care and manage chronic diseases.
