Job summary

Oak Street Health in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Primary Care Physician to deliver equitable, value-based care to Medicare populations across our neighborhood clinics. You will work in a center with a guided care team, focusing on outcomes and patient experience rather than volume.

Qualifications

  • MD/DO with license to practice in the US
  • Board certification (or eligibility) in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Active, unrestricted State Medical License in the US
  • Active DEA license
  • US work authorization

Responsibilities

  • Assess and diagnose patients at local clinics
  • Oversee, direct, and administer primary care
  • Prescribe and administer pharmaceutical treatments
  • Maintain Patient EMR data via Canopy and Greenway
  • Collaborate with leadership to meet health quality goals
  • Work with Practice Managers to direct the care team
  • Other duties as assigned
