Qualifications

• Graduate with a Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) degree.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (or board eligible).
• Possession of an active, unrestricted State License and DEA license.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients at local clinics.
• Oversee primary care administration.
• Prescribe and manage medications.
• Maintain Patient Electronic Medical Record data.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet health quality goals.
• Manage the center care team with Practice Managers.

Skills

Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) Graduate

Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Board Certification

Active, non-probationary, unrestricted State License

Active DEA license
