Qualifications

• Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) Graduate required.
• Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Board Certification (or board eligible) required.
• Active, non-probationary, unrestricted State License required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients at Oak Street Health local clinics.
• Oversee, direct, and administer primary care.
• Prescribe and administer pharmaceuticals; manage medications.
