Qualifications

• Medical degree required; MD or DO.
• Board certification in Internal or Family Medicine, or eligible.
• Active, unrestricted state license.
• Active DEA license.
• US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients at local clinics.
• Oversee, direct, and administer primary care.
• Prescribe and manage pharmaceuticals.
• Maintain EHR data via canopy and Greenway.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet health quality goals.
• Direct and manage the center care team with Practice Managers.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education

Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) Graduate

Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (Or board eligible)

Active, non-probationary, unrestricted State License

Active DEA license

US work authorization
