Job summary

Oak Street Health is seeking a Primary Care Physician to deliver equitable, value-based care for Medicare populations at our neighborhood centers in North Carolina. You’ll join a multidisciplinary team focused on quality outcomes over volume.

Qualifications

• MD/DO graduate required.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (or eligible).
• Active, unrestricted State License (US).
• Active DEA license.
• US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients at local clinics.
• Oversee, direct, and administer primary care.
• Prescribe and administer medications and treatments.
• Maintain patient EHR data via canopy and Greenway.
• Collaborate with regional and central leadership to meet health quality goals.
• Work with Practice Managers to direct and manage the center care team.
• Other duties as assigned.
