Job summary

Oak Street Health is seeking a Primary Care Physician in Columbus, OH to provide equitable, value-based care to local Medicare populations. You will join a center supported by a care team to focus on quality outcomes rather than volume while earning a competitive base salary with strong benefits.

This full-time position emphasizes geriatrics experience, patient-centered care, and collaboration with regional leadership to improve health outcomes and patient experience.

Qualifications

• MD or DO graduate with board eligibility or board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted State Medical License.
• Active DEA license.
• US work authorization.
• Fellowship in Geriatrics preferred.
• Experience in geriatrics and value-based care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients at local clinics.
• Oversee, direct, and administer primary care.
• Prescribe and administer pharmaceutical treatments and medications.
• Maintain Patient Electronic Medical Record data via Canopy and Greenway.
• Collaborate with regional and central leadership to meet health quality goals.
• Work with Practice Managers to direct and manage the center care team.
• Other duties as assigned.
