Risant Health, Inc. is seeking an Analytics Product Manager to lead the vision, roadmap, and backlog for value-based care analytics products. You will bridge analytics teams with clinical and product leadership to drive adoption and measurable outcomes.

You will design and govern dashboards, data pipelines, and visualization templates, ensuring actionable insights across clinical, operational, and financial domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or healthcare analytics field is required.
• Five or more years in healthcare analytics or program evaluation is preferred.
• Experience integrating claims, clinical, and unstructured data sources to evaluate program performance.

Responsibilities

• Own vision, roadmap, and backlog to deliver analytics products and results for Risant's VBP solutions.
• Serve as primary liaison between analytics teams and product/clinical leaders to ensure alignment on value.
• Conduct regular user feedback sessions and adoption reviews to measure product impact.
• Develop and maintain analytic templates, metrics, and data pipelines for scalable insights.
• Present findings through clear narratives and visuals that connect data to value.
