Job summary

Oak Street Health in Greenville, SC is seeking a Primary Care Physician to deliver equitable, value-based care to Medicare patients within a neighborhood primary care center. You will work with a large care team to focus on quality outcomes rather than volume, supported by a strong bonus structure.

We encourage new graduates to apply; outstanding candidates may be considered for a Center Medical Director role. Anticipated weekly hours are 40, with a full-time payoff structure.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required and licensed to practice in the US.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (or eligible).
• Active, non-probationary, unrestricted State License and DEA license required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients at local clinics.
• Oversee, direct, and administer primary care.
• Prescribe and administer pharmaceutical treatments and medication.
• Maintain Patient EMR data via canopy and greenway.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet health quality goals.
• Direct and manage the care team with Practice Managers.
