Oak Street Health in Charleston seeks a Primary Care Physician to deliver equitable, value-based care to Medicare patients in a neighborhood health network. You will work within a single center supported by a large care team to focus on quality outcomes and preventive medicine.

New graduates are encouraged to apply; opportunities may exist for Center Medical Director for qualified candidates. A competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits are offered for full-time employment.

Competenze

  • MD or DO graduate with board certification or eligibility.
  • Active, unrestricted state medical license.
  • Active DEA license.
  • US work authorization.
  • Fellowship in geriatrics is preferred.

Mansioni

  • Assess and diagnose patients at local clinics.
  • Oversee, direct, and administer primary care.
  • Prescribe and manage medications.
  • Maintain electronic medical record data.
  • Collaborate with regional and center leadership to meet health quality goals.
  • Work with Practice Managers to direct the center care team.

Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.)
Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
