Catalyst Health Network is seeking a Performance Advocate I to support value-based care performance for its member networks. The role emphasizes driving account performance through planned engagements, data-driven insights, and collaborative problem-solving with internal teams and customers.

Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years in healthcare services, strong communication skills, and proficiency in CRM and data visualization to translate insights into actions that improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in healthcare services.
• Good written and verbal communication; proactive follow-up to customer questions and requests.
• Ability to convey information through visuals such as charts, graphs, tables.
• Take personal responsibility for personal growth, including acquiring new skills and information.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor account Performance Plans.
• Collaborate with the Pod Leader, VBC, product, RCM, and data analytics teams.
• Identify performance opportunities and translate them into actionable tasks.
• Prepare and present account Performance Plans for leadership approval.
• Execute plans with accountability for results and drive performance.
• Maintain a high-fidelity practice profile and track customer interactions in CRM.
• Build productive, performance-oriented relationships with customers and stakeholders.
