Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Five or more years of leadership experience in practice management and provider relations.
• Three or more years in practice redesign, including PCMH, QA, ACO development and EMR usage.
• Health plan exposure with a value-based care focus and policy awareness.
• Strong data analytics understanding and visualization capabilities.
