Job summary

Vizient is seeking a data-driven professional to support Value Analysis by analyzing clinical, operational, financial, and supply chain data to identify standardization and cost-saving opportunities. You will collaborate with clinical, supply chain, and finance teams to evaluate products, assess technology, and implement approved initiatives using data-driven insights and evidence-based research.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant healthcare data experience.
• Experience analyzing clinical, financial, operational, utilization, or supply chain data.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization.
• Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and evaluate outputs.
• Knowledge of ERP/MMIS/EMR or benchmarking platforms preferred.
• Experience with Lean or continuous improvement practices.
• Hybrid work model: three days per week in the office.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze clinical, financial, utilization, quality, and supply chain data to identify opportunities for cost savings and standardization.
• Develop dashboards, reports, scorecards, and analyses to support Value Analysis initiatives and decision-making.
• Track and report cost savings, utilization trends, and initiative outcomes with accurate databases.
• Support product evaluations, technology assessments, and RFP activities.
• Coordinate with supply chain, suppliers, and stakeholders for continuity of supply.
• Conduct evidence-based research using clinical literature and market data.
• Prepare presentations and materials for Value Analysis committees and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with clinical, supply chain, finance, and operations to implement standardization initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and improve data quality.
• Monitor healthcare supply chain trends and emerging technologies; apply AI tools judiciously.
