Job summary

Qualifications

• Analyze clinical, financial, operational, and supply chain data to identify cost savings and standardization opportunities.
• Develop dashboards, reports, scorecards, and analyses to support Value Analysis initiatives.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and data quality.
• Hybrid work model with three days in the office and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to identify opportunities for cost savings, standardization, and operational improvement.
• Develop dashboards, reports, scorecards, and analyses to support initiatives and decision-making.
• Track and report cost savings, utilization trends, and initiative outcomes with accurate documentation.
• Support product evaluations, technology assessments, and RFP activities.
• Coordinate continuity of supply, back orders, and product recalls with stakeholders.
• Conduct evidence-based research using literature, benchmarking data, and market data.
• Prepare presentations and materials for Value Analysis committees and cross-functional teams.
