Job summary

Vizient is seeking a data-driven professional to support the Value Analysis program by analyzing clinical, operational, financial, and supply chain data to identify opportunities for cost optimization, standardization, and improved patient outcomes.

You will collaborate with clinical, supply chain, and finance teams, develop dashboards and reports, track cost savings, and leverage AI-enabled tools to inform evidence-based decisions while ensuring data integrity and alignment with governance.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience interpreting clinical, financial, operational, utilization, or supply chain data in healthcare.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Office apps; dashboard/report development.
• Strong analytical, communication, organization skills; cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to identify cost savings, standardization opportunities, and operational improvements.
• Develop dashboards, reports, scorecards, and analyses for Value Analysis initiatives and decision-making.
• Track cost savings, utilization trends, and initiative outcomes with accurate documentation.
• Support product evaluations, technology assessments, and RFP activities.
• Coordinate with supply chain and stakeholders to manage back orders, discontinuations, and recalls.
• Conduct evidence-based research using literature, benchmarking, and market data for recommendations.
• Prepare materials for Value Analysis committees and related meetings.
• Collaborate across clinical, supply chain, finance, and operations to implement standardization initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, improve workflows, and enhance data quality.
• Monitor healthcare supply chain trends and emerging technologies; apply AI-enabled tools judiciously.
