The role collaborates with marketing, pricing, and cross-functional teams to translate claims and formulary data into actionable insights, shaping product positioning and managed markets strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in analytics for medical and pharmacy benefits.
• 5+ years in healthcare, particularly in biopharmaceutical access and reimbursement.
• Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare market and payer environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with marketing and pricing teams to develop analytics plans for medical benefit strategies.
• Analyze pharmaceutical data sets including claims and formulary data.
• Deliver managed markets analysis on product positioning and customer segmentation.
• Prepare and present reports on product performance against objectives.
• Execute analytics plans using various payer datasets for insights.
• Challenge teams constructively to foster innovative solutions.
• Build relationships with cross-functional partners to support business needs.
• Conduct advanced analytics to address business questions and create actionable insights.
