Job summary

Amgen in Thousand Oaks, CA is seeking a Senior Manager, Value & Access Insights – Cross Portfolio Innovation to shape analytics-based value-evidence strategies and lead contracting innovation across the U.S. portfolio.

This high-visibility role requires business judgment, analytical leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. You will own analytics products like CIQ and PEP AI, drive adoption, and build scalable data assets to support payer and provider decisions.

Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent with 2 years of relevant experience
• Master's or equivalent with 4 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's or equivalent with 6 years of relevant experience
• Experience in biopharma analytics or market access is a plus
• Ability to lead analytical products across portfolios

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-portfolio value-evidence strategies across V&A, HEOR and contracting.
• Identify evidence gaps and establish reusable frameworks, data assets.
• Advance innovative contracting capabilities with use cases and adoption plans.
• Own analytics product roadmaps for CIQ, PEP AI, and related tools.
• Drive adoption, training, and change-management for new tools.
• Provide ad hoc contracting and pricing support for payer decisions.
• Collaborate across functions to translate needs into scalable analytics.
