Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s with 2+ years policy/finance/analytics also eligible.
• Prior policy/finance/analytics experience in US healthcare preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and financial acumen.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Independently design, prepare and maintain models and analytics to assess impact for various legislations and policies.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario-planning capabilities.
• Analyze complex healthcare policies and quantify their financial and operational impact.
• Use forecasts and analytics to support internal and external decision making.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders; proactively seek buy-in and address business needs.
• Constructively challenge teams by providing disconfirming information and encouraging innovative problem solving.
