Amgen is seeking a Value & Access Senior Associate (US Remote) to analyze federal and state policies impacting pricing, reimbursement, and patient access. You will build financial models, forecast policy impacts, and provide data‑driven recommendations to senior leadership.

The role collaborates with value and access, finance, government affairs, marketing, and legal teams, offering opportunities to work on national healthcare policy trends and strategic decision making.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years in policy/finance/analytics
• Associate’s degree plus 6 years in policy/finance/analytics
• High school diploma or GED with 8 years in policy/finance/analytics

Responsibilities

• Independently design, prepare and maintain models and analytics to assess impact for various legislations and policies
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario‑planning capabilities
• Ability to analyze complex healthcare policies and quantify their financial and operational impact on the organization
• Use forecasts and analytics to support internal and external decision making
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders; seek buy‑in and provide ongoing support
• Challenge teams by providing disconfirming information and encouraging innovative problem solving
