Costello Medical is seeking an experienced Consultant to lead end-to-end Value & Access projects in the US market. You will manage cross-functional teams, develop payer-focused materials, and mentor analysts, growing our project pipeline.

This role sits on the Management Team in Value & Access, offering hybrid work from our Boston or New York offices and opportunities to shape US strategy while collaborating with global teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years industry experience in consulting or pharma/medtech.
• Strong understanding of US payer and access landscape.
• Experience leading multiple Value & Access projects end-to-end.
• Entrepreneurial, growth-minded with client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Value & Access projects with cross-functional teams.
• Develop payer-focused value and reimbursement materials and models.
• Mentor Analysts and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
