Job summary

Costello Medical is seeking a Senior Analyst to lead projects in the Value & Access and Rare Diseases teams. You will manage client relationships, oversee junior staff, and contribute to business development while collaborating with experienced colleagues across North America.

The role offers hybrid working options and a pathway to develop into a Consultant, with start dates available imminently and offices in Boston and New York.

Qualifications

• A degree level or higher qualification in a scientific discipline (minimum GPA 3.3).
• At least 2 years’ professional experience in consulting, pharmaceutical, medical devices, public sector or academic roles.
• Strong scientific writing skills with the ability to tailor writing style to different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Take a leading role across projects in Rare Diseases or Value & Access teams and manage junior team members.
• Interact with clients via email and meetings, providing strategic advice and feedback.
• Contribute to business development by identifying new clients and opportunities to provide services.
• Collaborate with Boston-based Team Leads and senior colleagues across North America and globally to deliver high-quality outputs.
