Job summary

Costello Medical is expanding its Value & Access team in the US, seeking an experienced Consultant to deliver strategic, high-quality work for clients while independently managing multiple projects end-to-end—from scoping to execution—and leading client communications.

You will leverage deep US market access expertise to develop payer-focused value and reimbursement materials, health economic models, and market access strategies, mentoring Analysts and growing the project pipeline.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' industry experience, ideally in consulting or equivalent in pharma/medical device.
• Lead projects from initiation to completion, delivering recommendations and timelines.
• Strong communication with clients and stakeholders; build robust relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Value & Access projects with cross-functional teams and proactive client engagement.
• Develop payer-focused value, reimbursement materials, and market access deliverables.
• Mentor Analysts, nurture client relationships, and grow project pipeline.
