Costello Medical is expanding its North American teams and seeking Senior Analysts to lead across Rare Diseases and Value & Access projects, managing client relationships and supervising junior staff.

You will collaborate with Boston and New York teams to deliver high-quality dossiers, health economic models, and strategic recommendations, while supporting business development.

Qualifications

• Degree in a scientific discipline with GPA 3.3+
• At least 2 years experience in consulting, pharma, medical devices, public sector or academic roles
• Strong scientific writing and ability to tailor writing style
• Attention to detail and written accuracy
• Excellent English and arithmetic; data presentation skills
• Client-facing communication and relationship-building experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and leadership tasks

Responsibilities

• Lead across projects in Rare Diseases or Value & Access teams
• Oversee junior staff and provide constructive feedback
• Interact with clients via email and meetings; provide strategic advice
• Identify opportunities for additional services and business development
• Collaborate with Boston-based team leads and North American colleagues
