Avalere Health seeks a seasoned professional to lead US Market Access advisory efforts, delivering strategic insights to pharmaceutical, biotech, and health plan clients. You will guide policy analysis, research, and client deliverables in a fast-paced consulting environment with hybrid/remote flexibility.

You will mentor junior staff, manage projects and budgets, and collaborate across advisory, medical, and marketing teams to drive evidence-based solutions for complex market access challenges.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 4+ years in healthcare consulting or related field.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. market access and reimbursement.
• Ability to translate policy analysis into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience managing multiple projects and budgets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a subject matter expert on US market access, coding, coverage, reimbursement, and policy issues.
• Monitor and analyze federal and state policies and market developments; translate changes into actionable implications.
• Lead qualitative and quantitative research to answer client questions and deliver insights.
• Translate complex challenges into evidence-based recommendations for client strategy.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships across engagements and build long-term partnerships.
• Oversee project workstreams, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative team environment.
