Job summary

Costello Medical is expanding its Value & Access team and seeks a Consultant to manage multiple projects end-to-end—from scoping to execution—and lead client communications. You will drive payer-focused value materials, health economic models, and market access deliverables in the US landscape.

You will recruit, train and mentor Analysts, build long-term client relationships, and help grow the US business while collaborating with global teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in consulting or pharma/medical devices.
• Experience leading end-to-end market access projects.
• Strong client communications and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Value & Access projects with cross-functional teams.
• Develop US payer and access deliverables (AMCP dossiers, value decks).
• Mentor analysts and grow project pipelines.
